    Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

    We use Standard Shipping option for most orders. Item will be delivered within 4-7 business days (for US domestic) and 5-10 business days (for international) after production is completed.

    Shipping time:
    The estimated delivery time for our order will depend on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide you accurate delivery information, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your product(s) are in transit, any delays are outside our control.

    1. Blankets products: only available in US.
    2. Canvas/ Poster:These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.
    3. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
    4. In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to make customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.


    You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

    If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

    If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.


    You can choose Standard Shipping at a cheaper cost but if the goods are lost
    when shipped, we will not refund you, if the goods you receive are defective,
    broken, … but cause not by you, we will send you a replacement product
    or refund you (if you want the refund, you need to send the package back).

    NOTE: We send orders to ordering shipping address, not the person on it. Please make sure your shipping address is written correctly to avoid any inconvenience.


    Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

    • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
    • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. The returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our warehouse. Before reaching out to our customer support, please check your given shipping address first.
    • For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order
    • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

If you need to return an item, our policy generously allows for a 30-day period from the date of purchase. Follow the steps below for a hassle-free return process.RETURN PROCESS:

      To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the provided return form, and send it to the following address: 75 Upper Mealines, Harlow, England CM18 7AJ. Rest assured, we cover the cost of return shipping. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will proceed with the return or exchange. Please allow up to 30 days from the receipt of your item for us to complete the process. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

      We accept to customer return and exchange in following reasons:

      • Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. We’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
      • Wrong size/Wrong design received: If you’ve received the wrong size/wrong design, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size was selected by our customers when they place the order without reading the size guide and description carefully. In cases like those, we only offer discount code 20% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.
      • If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment.
      • Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.

      We DO NOT accept to customer return and exchange or refund in following reasons:

      • Damage caused by accident
      • The product is as same as description
      • You ordered by mistake / You are no longer interested
      • Improper care, normal wear and tear
      • Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
      • Aftermarket modifications, products with water exposure
      • We do not accept return item if you do not love product material. Therefore, please consider carefully before placing orders.

      – We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

      We will refund items which damaged by our factory or the carrier in case we cannot resend you a new one. Normally, a new replacement will be sent immediately after your requires.

      Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, not picking up the packages as requested, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.
